It has worked to provide all possible conditions for organisations and individuals to access, learn about and apply for public administrative services and to ensure their legitimate rights and benefits.

It has also publicised contacts for receiving complaints and feedback about governmental staff in charge of public administration service delivery.

The one-stop shop mechanism has been well maintained with streamlined and simplified procedures while in-charge officials have been more helpful and friendly, increasing satisfaction of people, businesses and organisations./.
