(HBO) – Seventeen Vietnamese citizens returning from Russia have been discharged after completing the mandatory COVID-19 quarantine in Hoa Binh province.
The provincial Military Command and Department of
Health granted certificates recognising the accomplishment to the residents on
November 24.
Representatives
of the provincial Military Command and Department of Health present the
certificates to the 17 citizens.
The citizens are among the 80 returnees from Russia
who had been put under quarantine at Regime 814 of the Military Command from
October 31.
During the quarantine, they underwent regular health
monitoring, and tested negative for the coronavirus thrice before being
discharged.
As of November 23, the province had had eight people
positive for the virus, all from foreign countries, and six suspected cases
that have been quarantined at the provincial general hospital. Twenty Lao
students have also been under quarantine at a military base in Hoa Binh city./.
In late March, 29 labourers from Da Bac district were sent to work as seasonal farm workers in Buyeo county, Chungcheongnam province, the Republic of Korea (RoK). Upon arrival, they quickly settled into their jobs, enjoying good working conditions and benefits, with wages aligned with the terms of their signed contracts.
