All have shown that spring is coming in the joy of the new life of the people here.
The people of Dong
Xe resettlement area in Da hamlet, Yen Phu commune (Lac Son) are excited at the
newly completed, spacious and beautiful place to welcome spring.
Before the
lunar Canh Ty New Year in 2020, the sprawling images of a series of the
construction works of 64 households who had just moved, everyone was hurrying
to prepare for a new settlement of their family. In particular, among the
relocating households, there were ones that previously did not cease to oppose
the policy of land acquisition and house relocation, but now they are
pioneering in implementing and actively mobilizing the other villagers.
Being
excited when moving to the new place, Mr. Bui Van Chan from Da hamlet says:
"The new resettlement area is well planned, especially in terms of
traffic. The houses are closer, more spacious and there is a community play
area. The system of canals, in-field traffic is well-planned in accordance with
the accumulated productive land area, facilitating the mechanization into
production.” One of the points that makes us unforgettable in the resettlement
area is that it is planned into each stilt house area, and the high-rise
building are close together as a highlight. As the initial registration and now
9 stilt houses and 55 high-rise buildings have been completed in Dong Xe area.
Currently they are rushing to complete 2 more houses to welcome Tet.
The first
house we visited was Mr. Bui Van Dinh's family with 8 people. On the granted
area of 400 m2, he has built a solid house with full items, the spacious
garden, many bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and toilets. All have created a
colorful space of a new residential area filled with joy and consensus of the
Party's and the People.
The next
New Year will certainly be different for them, however, there will be no
shortage of joy from each family, from the village’s love, from the attention
of all levels, branches and localities. With the increasingly strong
development, up to now the average income of Dong Xe is 32 million VND / person
/ year, which is ahigher than the general income of the whole village, and
there are no more poor households and the life is getting better and better day
by day.
