Mr. Bui Quoc Viet, the Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross, says: "The supported Red Cross houses not only help the poor and the less fortunate people to have the stable accommodation, but they also show the spirit of "the mutual friendship, the mutual love”, "the leaves protect tattered ones” in the community, implementing the social security policies in the area. That is a great source of encouragement in both material and spirit, helping the households alleviate difficulties, and have faith in life”.
