(HBO) - Responding to the Youth Month in 2021 and celebrating the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2021), The Communist Youth Union of Hoa Binh City has just coordinated with the Youth Union of Hoa Binh City’s Public Security to hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Youth Works in 2021 in Dong Giang village, Mong Hoa commune (Hoa Binh city).

the construction of the Works.
At
the opening ceremony, more than 100 youth union members of the two units and
the local people participated in pouring concrete at the Dong Giang Village’s
Cultural House. The work has an area of 800 square meters with a total
construction cost of over 100 million VND. In particular, the Communist Youth
Union of the City’s Public Security supported all cement for the construction
and the members of the youth union and people of Dong Giang village, Mong Hoa
commune, youth union members of the City’s Public Security contributed the
working days to the construction.
The
work aims to serve the needs of daily life, culture - gymnastics, sports,
entertainment activities of the young people and the people in the village. At
the same time, it contributes to the implementation of the national target
program on building new rural areas in the locality.
The Department of Education and Training of Hoa Binh province held a conference on March 18 to review the performance of the "Safe and Happy School" Project and set out tasks for 2025. The project, funded by the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF), aims to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students. The event saw the attendance of representatives from the TFCF and 26 beneficiary schools.
