advantages of each locality, the district made plans and road maps for building
model new-style rural residential areas. The entire local political system,
from the district to grassroots levels, has associated this movement with

poverty, restructure agriculture towards higher added value, sustainably

economy and connectivity in agricultural production and sale, he noted.

building programme and private sources, essential infrastructure in rural areas
such as roads, irrigation works, power lines, schools, healthcare stations, and
cultural and sports facilities have been upgraded and modernised.

90 million VND on average while 100 percent of locals have gained access to
hygienic water. People have also paid more attention to adopting a civilised
lifestyle, keeping their living places clean, and planting trees to beautify
their areas.
