From this model, the young trees will be planted by Hoa Binh young people in response to the "For a green Vietnam" programme.

During the day, the provincial Youth Union, the provincial Vietnam Youth Federation and the Young Volunteer Intellectuals Group organized training and guided some techniques of incubating and growing forest plants for local youths at the youth incubator.
