(HBO) - On January 18th, at Huu Nghi ward, the Red Cross of Hoa Binh city and the appropriate authorities and the philanthropists organized the program "The Humanitarian Tet Market” to present gifts to the people in difficult circumstances in the area.


The people with difficult circumstances in Hoa Binh city are receiving gifts from the approprate authorities.

At the market, the program gave 1,500 sets of gifts including rice, Tet jams, confectionery and necessities for the poor and the families with difficult circumstances in the area in the form of going to the market of self-choice, each gift is worth 500,000 VND. The total value of the program is 750 million dongs. The sources of goods and funds are supported by 11 agencies and units such as the Provincial Public Security, Truong Hai Automobile joint Stock Company (THACO), Hoa Binh Hydropower joint Stock Company, Son Thuy joint Stock Company ... 

The program is implemented to respond to the movement "Tet for the poor and the victims of Agent Orange” in the spring of Nham Dan in 2022. This is a meaningful, humane, warm-hearted activity of the City’s Red Cross and the appropriate authorities for the poor with the difficult circumstances and the victims of Agent Orange throughout the area, helping the people enjoy the spring and celebrate Tet
