(HBO) - In the morning of March 29th, the Department of Education and Training held an online conference to evaluate the results of implementing the tasks of the first quarter in 2022, and implementing the directions and the tasks of the second quarter in 2022.

In the first quarter, the education and training sector has actively and synchronously deployed the groups of solutions, determining to both effectively perform the tasks of the 2021-2022 school year and respond to Covid-19 epidemics, closely following the innovation roadmap, and persistently improving the quality of education and training. In particular, the Department of Education and Training has directed the units and the schools to strictly implement the teaching and learning plan according to Decision No. 1669/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee, focusing on the following contents: Implementing the new general educational program for the primary level, organizing the selection of textbooks for grade 3, grade 7, grade 10 in the school year of 2022 – 2023, compiling the local educational materials under the new general educational program, synchronously deploying the solutions to improve the quality of education at all levels... In the context of complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemics, the education and training sector has effectively implemented the measures to flexibly adapt and ensure the school safety and has basically completed the tasks of the first quarter.

At the conference, the delegates have focused on discussing many important issues and they have agreed to deploy 7 groups of the key tasks in the second quarter, in which: Continuing to effectively implement the resolutions, the directives and the directions in the field of education and training, well organizing the activities according to the set plan. It is suggested strengthening the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemics in association with the efforts to ensure the quality of the educational programs. The schools have to focus on reviewing and testing at the end of the second semester, taking the initiative to summarize the 2021-2022 school year. It is also necessary to strengthen the implementation of the administrative reform and IT application in education. It is important to continue reviewing, evaluating and having solutions to improve the quality of the teachers and the educational administrators. It is needed to actively develop a plan for the enrollment and the education development in the 2022-2023 school year.
