(HBĐT) – The Hoa Binh Women's Union on December 12 held a workshop on the implementation of the national target programme on new-style rural building in the 2021-2025 period.

So far this year, its chapters at all levels have launched
the programme through a series of emulation movements, including those
promoting female startups, and the image of modern women.
To date, the provincial union has handed over 29 charity
houses and upgraded houses for 13 members, helped 2,741 poor and near poor
households escape poverty, and assisted the establishment of 14 collective
economic models.
The workshop saw the participation of 100 delegates,
including leaders of the union’s chapters across 10 districts and city.
They learnt about and discussed such key topics as the
orientation and implementation of the national target programme and the launch
of family services and models in advanced and model new-style rural communes.
The women's unions at all levels in Kim Boi district have been making significant contributions to the movement of building cultural life in the local community.
The movement helps improve rural look and the spiritual and material lives of local residents.
The Hoa Binh provincial People’s Committee has issued an action plan to ensure food safety, promote processing, and develop the market for agricultural, forestry, and fishery products in 2025.
In recent years, the development of rural handicrafts has not only helped preserve and promote the traditional values but it has also created jobs and improved incomes for the local residents.
