(HBO) - In 2012, Mai Chau township was one of the seven administrative units in Mai Chau district which saw complicated security and order situations. Therefore, mass mobilisation has been identified as an effective solution to bring about positive changes to the locality.

Yen pointed out a number of limitations such as lack of drastic leadership and directions of some Party committees and agencies, inappropriate attention to building typical models, and irregular guidance and directions of some members of the steering committees on smart mass mobilisation movements at all levels.
These shortcomings will be addressed to improve the quality of the mass mobilisation work and the smart mass mobilisation emulation movement in the coming time./.
