(HBO) - The Vietnamese Party and State always consider education and training as a top national policy, and investing in education as investing in development. Thoroughly grasping the stances, guidelines and policies of the Party and State, over the past years, Hoa Binh province has taken concerted measures on education and training development, with attention paid to well implementing the 11th Party Central Committee’s Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW, dated November 4, 2013, on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training to meet the requirements of industrialisation and modernisation in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration.

(HBO) - In recent years, the province's education and training sector hasbeen actively implementing the Party’s and State's guidelines and policies on education and training, thereby they have achieved many achievements in many fields.

(HBO) - Over the past years, the armed forces of the northern mountainous province of Hoa Binh have actively implemented the movement "the army joins hands to build new-style rural area”, helping eradicate hunger, reduce poverty, and boost socio-economic development.

(HBO) - Hoa Binh province was the first mountainous locality in the country that has eradicated illiteracy and been honoured with commendation from President Ho Chi Minh in January 1961.

(HBO) - Celebrating the major holidays of the year, the Youth Communist branch of Kho hamlet, Chi Dao commune (Lac Son) has mobilized the members and the young people to take on the tasks of cleaning the village roads and alleys; collecting domestic waste, building green - clean - beautiful environment. 

(HBO) – Over the past years, the Party Committee and authorities of Van Son commune, Lac Son district, have been committed to promoting economic development, ensuring social welfare, and improving the material and spiritual lives of residents. The objectives and targets set by the communal Party Committee have been drastically and effectively fulfilled.
