(HBO) - The construction unit is urgently installing decorative lights on Da Giang dike in the category of embellishing Da Giang dike road in the project of developing the night economy of Hoa Binh city (piloting in Phuong Lam and Dong Tien wards). According to the construction unit, the installation will be completed by August 30, 2023, contributing to embellishing and creating an urban highlight to exploit the potential of tourism and services, and promote the economic development. At the same time, it helps contribute to making Hoa Binh city a grade-two city before 2025 according to the goal of the Resolution of the 2nd Party Congress of Hoa Binh city, 2020 – 2025 term.

The
renovation work of Da Giang dike has a
total investment of over 13.4 billion VND, approved by the People's Committee
of Hoa Binh City. The scale includes: Building two welcoming gates, which are
arranged at the beginning and the end of Da Giang dike route (the first
position is at the intersection of Da Giang dike road with An Hoa street in
Phuong Lam ward; the second position is at the intersection of Da Giang dyke
road with the road to Vincom Plaza commercial center in Dong Tien ward).
It is
suggested building 12 arches across the road and 24 symbols on both sides of
the sidewalk along the Da Giang dike; between 2 arches there are 2 icons. 2
stages for organizing events will be bulit (position 1 is at the back of the
headquarters of the former Hoa Binh City’s Planning and Finance Department;
position 2 is at the back of the Headquarters of the Department of Transport);
the stage is about 23.52m long, about 7.85m wide, the stage area is about 5.9 x
18m. Some other auxiliary items will be built on Da Giang dike route.
In late March, 29 labourers from Da Bac district were sent to work as seasonal farm workers in Buyeo county, Chungcheongnam province, the Republic of Korea (RoK). Upon arrival, they quickly settled into their jobs, enjoying good working conditions and benefits, with wages aligned with the terms of their signed contracts.
