(HBO) – Only one day after Bui Van Nghiem and Bui Hoai Nhi in Thoi hamlet, Thach Yen commune, Cao Phong district, submitted their dossiers to the communal People’s Committee seeking the certification of their disabilities, the procedures were completed. They are only two among the many cases where administrative procedures have been handled quickly in line with regulations, according to Chairman of the communal People’s Committee Bui Duc Chung.

Officials in Thach Yen commune, Cao Phong district instructing local residents to complete administrative procedures at one-stop-shop unit.

Chung attributed the results to efforts by Thach Yen commune in implementing the friendly administration model in service of the public. Many officials have optimised information-technology in administrative services, helping raise publicity and transparency in the work, as well as responsibility of officials, and public satisfaction, he noted. Many complex cases have been handled within only one day, as compared with at least three to five days previously, Chung added.

Bui Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Cao Phong district, said the above-said model has proven effective as reflected through the increasing satisfaction of local residents, while contributing to improving personnel quality.
