In 10 months of 2023, 22,398 poor, near-poor households and policy beneficiaries in Hoa Binh province received preferential loans from the Bank for Social Policies. Disbursement for 13 credit programs, loan turnover reached more than 888.6 billion VND. Total outstanding policy credit debt in the province reaches 4,553.5 billion VND/125,890 outstanding customers.
