The whole of Hoa Binh province currently has 73/129 communes meeting new rural standards. In which, 28 communes meet advanced new rural standards and 1 commune meets model new rural standards.
3 district were recognized the new rural standards: Hoa Binh city, Luong Son district, Lac Thuy district.
