Hoa Binh is known as a land with a rich history and culture, one of the cradles of ancient Vietnamese people. The Muong people live in many northern provinces, but a majority resides in Hoa Binh province, along with famous "Hoa Binh Culture" that has created the beauty of the land and its people.

The province boasts beautiful natural landscapes, adjacent to the capital city of Hanoi, which offers favourable conditions for comprehensive socio-economic development, especially in industries, high-tech agriculture, tourism, high-quality healthcare, and education.

The coordination between Hoa Binh province and central press agencies in the communication work will be enhanced, ensuring accurate and timely reporting which is in line with the Party's viewpoints and policies of the State and the locality.
