World Menstrual Hygiene Day, observed annually on May 28, is dedicated to breaking taboos and raising awareness of the importance of good menstrual hygiene management (MHM). The annual global day aims to create a world where no one is held back because they menstruate by 2030.

This year's event featured a wide range of activities such as sharing knowledge and skills on menstrual hygiene management through art performances, as well as practical and effective solutions and initiatives in this regard, along with exchange activities.

It sent out the message of acting together to create a world where women and girls have full access to information, education, facilities, and clean water and hygiene services to ensure personal hygiene.
