At 8 a.m. on July 17th, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the results of the 2024 high school graduation exams. This is the final exam for the students following the 2006 general education program.

According
to the statistics from the Hoa Binh Department of Education and Training, the
2024 high school graduation exam in the province had a total of 9,448
candidates. The results showed that 9,401 candidates passed, achieving a pass
rate of 99.5%, increasing 0.19% compared to that of 2023; 47 candidates failed
the graduation exam.

province ranked 36th nationwide in the 2024 high school graduation exam, up to
5 places compared to 2023 (41st in 2023).
The average
score for all subjects was 6.52 points, increasing by 0.19 points compared to
2023 (the average score in 2023 was 6.33 points).
In the
entire province, there are 191 getting perfect scores, marking 10, increasing
by 1 compared to that of 2023. Notably, one candidate achieved three perfect
scores,(Đinh Thi Xuyen from Muong Bi High School scored perfect marks in
History, Geography, and Civic Education); 12 candidates achieved two perfect
scores.
