On July 26th, the Organizing Committee of the Technical Creativity Contest of Hoa Binh Province held a preliminary round for the 2024 Youth and Children's Creativity Contest of Hoa Binh Province.

The National Youth and Children's Creativity Contest aims to engage the young people in the socially beneficial creative activities and help them develop skills to become future inventors as well.

The participants are all youths and children aged 6-19 (born between July 31st, 2005, and July 31st, 2018) who are studying and participating in the activities at the educational institutions, or working in the local units within the province.

The models and products participating in the contest belong to five categories: the educational tools; the software; the environmentally friendly products; the household tools and children's toys; and the technical solutions for the adaptation of the climate change, the environmental protection, and economic development.
The Provincial Youth and Children's Creativity Contest is held annually (according to the academic year), adhering to the regulations set by the National Steering Committee. The 20th National Youth and Children's Creativity Contest (2023-2024) was launched in September 2023, with the submission deadline on June 30, 2024.

149 solutions participate in the 2024 Youth and Children's Creativity Contest of Hoa Binh province. The Organizing Committee has conducted the preliminary judging and selected 42 solutions for the final round.

In the coming time, the Organizing Committee of the Technical Creativity Contest of Hoa Binh province will hold the closing ceremony and award prizes for the 2024 Provincial Youth and Children's Creativity Contest.
