On September 11th, 2024, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hoa Binh Province issued an appeal for donations to support the people affected by natural disasters. The call was directed at the party committees, authorities, agencies, organizations, businesses, entrepreneurs, officials, party members, and the general public.
By 4:00 p.m. on October 18th, 407 units, businesses, and individuals had contributed or pledged donations totaling 57,973,496,212 VND (an additional 626,507,658 VND was received between October 11 and October 18). Of this amount, 30 billion VND was provided by the Central Relief Committee, 15.8 billion VND came from other localities, and more than 12,173,496,212 VND was donated by organizations and individuals both within and outside the province. Additionally, the provincial Relief Fund management has received 21.65 tons of rice and various essential supplies.
