Hoa Binh province has paid due attention to developing Party membership in non-state enterprises, helping improve the role of the Party committees, organisations and members in the firms.

As many as 112 members have been admitted to the
Party while 17 new Party cells have been established in private businesses
since 2020.
The province currently hosts 5,033 private
enterprises, marking an 18% increase from 2020. The private sector now
contributes over 50% to the province's gross regional domestic product (GRDP).
The Party building work in the firms has been given greater attention, with
their Party organisations having encouraged Party members and workers to comply
with the law as well as the businesses’ rules.
Deputy head of the organisation board of the
provincial Party Committee Nguyen The Dung said that the province has
strengthened the Party building work in the non-state sector, with working
groups established under the communal Party committees to oversee the
initiative.
Besides, the Party committees at all levels have
accompanied local firms, helping them have a deeper insight into the Party’s
guidelines and the State’s regulations on the sustainable development of the
businesses and ensure the legitimate rights of workers, he added.
There are 968 Party members in private firms, he
said, adding most of them have high professional qualifications, leading the
way in exploring new methods to bring economic benefits to the companies,
contributing to the local economic development.
The Standing Board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee has held a conference to announce decisions regarding the apparatus restructuring of the province’s political system and personnel affairs.
Following the results of the military enlistment examination for 2025, Lac Son district has seen 100 young men and women volunteering to enlist in the military. Among these recruits, there are several families where two siblings have both written voluntary enlistment letters, eager to undertake the sacred task of protecting the nation.

In 2023, the relic site where President Ho Chi Minh visited the Chi Hoa Production Group in Lam Son commune, Luong Son district of Hoa Binh province, was officially recognised as a provincial-level revolutionary historical site. Each year, it draws numerous visitors from across Vietnam and abroad, becoming a "red address" for educating young generations on the nation's revolutionary traditions.
According to the Party Charter, Party members who have been active in the revolution for a long time, and have maintained their Party membership for 30 years and more, will be awarded the Party badge. This is a noble reward, not only a source of pride and excitement for the Party members themselves and their families, but also a source of pride for the Party organisation that has such outstanding members who are shining examples for everyone to learn from and follow.
On the occasion of the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930–2025), the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board offered flowers and incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh at the relic site of the late leader’s visit to the Chi Hoa production group in Luong Son district on February 3. The delegation included Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee; Bui Duc Hinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; other members of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, and leaders of the Party Committee of Luong Son district.
