The Vietnam People’s Army (VPA) was born from the people, serves the people, and is ready to fight and sacrifice "for independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for socialism, and for happiness of the people”.
"Our Party is a ruling party. Each Party member and cadre must be truly imbued with revolutionary ethics, truly diligent, thrifty, incorruptible, upright, public-spirited, and selfless. Each must keep the Party truly clean, and deserve to be a leader and a servant loyal to the people.” The teaching of President Ho Chi Minh in his testament remains meaningful and particularly significant to each cadre and Party member today. Learning from the late leader’s spirit that "each cadre and Party member is a loyal servant of the people”, cadres, Party members, civil servants, and public employees of Hoa Binh province have been working hard on reform and creativity to improve the quality and effectiveness of their duty performance.
One of the precious legacies President Ho Chi Minh left for following generations is a collection of four articles titled "Diligence, thrift, integrity, uprightness” using pen-name Le Quyet Thang on the May 30, May 31, June 1, and June 2, 1949 issues of the Cuu Quoc newspaper. Infused with the late leader’s teachings, the youth of Hoa Binh province have been exerting efforts to make self-improvement to contribute to the development of their hometown and the Fatherland.
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944-2024) and the 35th anniversary of the All-People Defence Day (December 22, 1989-2024), the Cong Nghiep High School in Hoa Binh city has recently organised a seminar themed " Cong Nghiep High School’s youths steadfastly believe in the Party," with Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Toan attending.
A delegation from Hoa Binh province, including standing Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council Bui Duc Hinh, standing Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People's Council Nguyen Thi Cam Phuong, and Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Cong Su, attended a ceremony marking the 70th anniversary of the Vietnam – Mongolia diplomatic ties hosted by the Mongolian Embassy in Hanoi on November 22.
The 4th Congress of Ethnic Minority Groups of Hoa Binh province was successfully held on November 15 at the provincial Culture Centre.
