Hoa Binh province's delegation of National Assembly (NA) deputies, including Nguyen Thi Phu Ha, Vice Chairwoman of the NA’s Finance - Budget Committee, and Dang Bich Ngoc, deputy head of the delegation, visited and presented Lunar New Year (Tet) gifts to disadvantaged households in Suoi Hoa commune of Tan Lac district, poor students at the Tan Lac Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minority Students, and locals in Quynh Lam ward of Hoa Binh city on January 15.

On the occasion of the New Year of the Snake, the delegation delivered 100 gift packages to poor households in Suoi Hoa commune, each worth 1.3 million VND (51.39 USD), which included 1 million VND in cash and a gift bag valued at 300,000 VND.

At the Tan Lac Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minority Students, the delegation presented 50 gift packages to poor students who overcame hardships and showed good academic performance, each worth 1 million VND.

At the gift-giving events, the deputy head of the Hoa Binh delegation of NA deputies wished the families and students good health and a joyful new year. She asked local authorities, the local Vietnam Fatherland Front committees, and social organisations to continue supporting needy households so that everyone could enjoy a warm and happy Tet festival.

Relic site commemorating Uncle Ho’s visit to Chi Hoa Production Group helps educate youngsters on patriotism

Provincial leaders commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at relic site in Luong Son

On the occasion of the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930–2025), the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board offered flowers and incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh at the relic site of the late leader’s visit to the Chi Hoa production group in Luong Son district on February 3. The delegation included Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee; Bui Duc Hinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; other members of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, and leaders of the Party Committee of Luong Son district.
