A delegation from the Party Committee, the People’s Council, the People’s Committee, and the Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi laid wreaths at the statue of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin at Lenin Park in Ba Dinh district, on April 22, marking the occasion of his 148th birthday (April 22, 1870-2018).

tribute to Vladimir Lenin.
The delegation was led by Hoang Trung Hai, Politburo member
and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee. Hai was joined by Nguyen Duc Chung,
Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee, and Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Chairwoman
of the Hanoi People’s Council.
This is an annual activity whereby the Hanoi leaders pay
tribute to Lenin, a great leader, an outstanding politician, and a great
teacher of the working class all over the world.
At the statue of
Lenin, Hanoi leaders commemorated his huge sacrifices for the world’s
revolutionary cause, pledging to be persistent with the implementation of the
proletarian revolution ideal and path, the Marxism–Leninism, and the Ho Chi
Minh Thought, to build increasingly wealthy, civilized, and modern Vietnam and
Hanoi, thus contributing to the world’s proletarian revolutionary cause.

March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.

By mid-February, Da Bac district completed a plan to streamline its organisational apparatus and personnel work, marking a milestone in efforts to promote restructuring towards a leaner, more efficient organisational system, closely following directives from the Party Central Committee’s Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, and Resolution No. 27-NQ/TU of the provincial Party Committee and Conclusion No. 1103-KL/TU by the provincial Party Organisation’s standing board.

A strong Party cell ensures the effective implementation of the Party’s policies and continuous progress in all tasks," the Party Committee of Kim Boi commune, Kim Boi District, has rolled out the "four-good Party cell" model.
