In 2018, the provinces launched many practical emulation movements. These
movements were closely associated with political tasks, new-style rural area
building, and the studying and following of late President Ho Chi Minh’s
ideology, morality and lifestyle. They have won high consensus in the public
and brought into play the strength of the political system, thus helping to
achieve socio-economic targets and ensure defence-security in the localities.
Meanwhile, communications activities along with the discovery and development
of role models in those movements have been gradually reformed. Authorities
have paid attention to the training of public employees in charge of the
emulation and reward work. Rewards have been presented in a timely manner with
improved quality.
