After three years of implementation, the rate of women participating in Party Committees and being National Assembly deputies, People’s Council officials, and leading officials at all three levels increases compared with the previous tenure. Hoa Binh has also created favourable conditions for women, particularly female entrepreneurs, to participate in socio-economic and cultural affairs.
