Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh province Party Committee Bui Van Tinh; Vice Secretary of the Hoa Binh province Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Tran Dang Ninh; and Vice Secretary of the Hoa Binh province Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Quang welcomed the Ha Nam delegation.

During the working session, leaders and
officials of the two provinces reviewed the results of the implementation of agreements
reached between the standing boards of the provincial Party Committees of Hoa
Binh and Ha Nam from August 2017; and shared experience in promoting socio-economic
development, and implementing the Resolution of the12th Party Central Committee’s
sixth session on arranging and organising the apparatus in the two localities.
Speaking at the event, Tinh acknowledged the outcomes obtained in implementing
contents agreed at the working session between the standing boards of the two provincial
Party Committees in August 2017.
He hoped the two provinces would continue to effectively implement contents
agreed at the working session between the standing boards of the two provincial
Party Committees in accordance with Notice No. 184 dated September 6, 2017 of the
Ha Nam provincial Party Committee; enhance the experience and information sharing
of state management in the fields of agriculture, education-training, health
and trade between the two provinces’ departments and sectors.
He stressed the need for the two sides to boost cooperation in investing,
producing and developing product value chains; business and consumption of
products towards maintaining and enhancing investment and trade promotion.
He suggested the two localities coordinate in implementing the road project
to connect Ba Sao pagoda of Ha Nam province to Bai Dinh pagoda of Ninh Binh
province; effectively exploiting the spiritual tourism route connecting Tien
pagoda and Tam Chuc pagoda.
The two sides will closely cooperate in fighting crimes and trade fraud. Leaders of Hoa Binh and Ha Nam agreed to assign the two
Departments of Planning and Investment to work together to propose and
implement cooperation programmes.
The Hoa Binh provincial People's Committee held a gathering at the provincial Military Command headquarters on May 20 to commend the armed forces that took part in a military parade celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification on April 30.

To unlock the full potential of its forest resources, the standing board of the provincial Party Committee on July 30, 2020 issued a Resolution on the sustainable development of production forests through 2025, with a vision toward 2030.
