HBO - A delegation of Hoa Binh province, headed by Bui Van Tinh, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, has recently visited Ha Giang province and worked with the local authorities.

province, shared socio-economic development experiences with Ha Giang’s
leaders.
At the working session, the leaders of the two provinces
outlined the basic results in local socio-economic development and exchanged their
experiences in Party building, renovating the Party’s leadership and orienting
socio-economic growth in the new context.
Bùi Van Tinh lauded Ha Giang’s achievement in socio-economic progress,
which he said has been made thanks to creative, flexible and drastic methods in
economic development, agricultural restructuring, and merging agencies with
similar functions.

province, said he is impressed by Hoa Binh’s 8.69-percent growth in 2018.
During the period, Hoa Binh saw a positive shift in its economic structure and
budget collection value exceeding the target assigned by the Government. Meanwhile,
63 local communes were recognised as new-style rural areas. These outcomes offer valuable experiences for Ha Giang to
study and apply locally, Vinh said.
Leaders of the two provinces hoped that in the coming time, their
provinces will continue to enhance cooperation and information exchange for
mutual prosperity.
After three years of implementing the Politburo’s Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW on continuing performing Directive 05-CT/TW on enhancing the learning and studying of President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, moral example and lifestyle, Lac Thuy district of Hoa Binh province has discovered many effective models and practices, creating a spillover effect in the local community, helping to develop a clean and strong Party Organisation meeting the requirements in the new situation.
