(HBO) - A high-ranking delegation from Hoa Binh visited Mongolia’s Tuv province from June 4 to 8 at the invitation of the Chairman of the Tuv People's Council. The delegation was led by Tran Dang Ninh, Standing Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Council, and head of the provincial delegation to the National Assembly.
Members of the delegation included Hoang Van Tu, member of
the provincial Party Committee’s standing board, Vice Chairman of the provincial
People's Council; Nguyen Thi Oanh, member of the provincial Party Committee’s
standing board and head of the provincial Mass Mobilisation Commission; and Nguyen
Van Chuong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee.

Council Tran Dang Ninh and the Hoa Binh delegation hold talks with leaders of the
Tuv People's Council.
The visit aims to expand cooperation between Hoa Binh and
Tuv in line with a memorandum of understanding signed between chairmen of their
People's Councils on bilateral cooperation in a number of fields, including agriculture,
investment promotion, industry, trade, education - training, culture, and
tourism.
At the talks with the Tuv People's Council, the delegation informed
the host about the potential, advantages and investment attraction policies of
Hoa Binh in economic development, particularly concerning agriculture, tourism,
and trade.
On the occasion, the Chairmen of the People's Councils of
the two provinces witnessed the signing of several memoranda of understanding
on bilateral cooperation in agriculture, rural development, education-training,
and culture. Signatories were officials of the People’s Council’s Ethnic
Affairs Committee, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and
Department of Education and Training of Hoa Binh, and on the Tuv side,
officials of the departments of natural resources-environment and rural
development; social policies; education, culture and arts of the provincial
People’s Council.
The Hoa Binh delegation also paid courtesy calls to A.
Sukhbat, Chairman of the Mongolian – Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarians’ Group
and M. Enkhbold, a deputy of the Mongolian parliament.
They visited the Vietnamese Embassy, the school No. 14 named
after the late President Ho Chi Minh, and some relic sites in Tuv and capital Ulaanbaatar./.

Today, Tan Lac district continues to uphold this legacy while embracing development and renewal.
March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
