(HBO) - On July 12, the 15th Provincial Congress of the Fatherland Front, the term of 2019-2024 continued to take place at the provincial Cultural Palace and ended.


Political report at the Congress affirmed: In the term of 2014 - 2019, the work of the Fatherland Front in Hoa Binh province achieved important results and was recognized by the committee, authorities and people . The great unity bloc is strengthened.

The Congress set a target, 5 action programs in the 2019-2024 term and 10 specific targets.

The Congress spent time for participants to discuss and share good experiences and ways to create creativity in the implementation of the Fatherland Front in the past time. At the same time,  participants offered solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province next time. 

Speaking at the congress, leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and leaders of Hoa Binh province recognized and congratulated the achievements of the Fatherland Front at all levels and emphasized key tasks in the next term.

81 members of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee of the 15th term  introduced the Congress. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee of the 15th term includes 7 comrades. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Oanh, Chairman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee of the 14th course re-elected Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee of the 15th term.

The Congress passed the Resolution of 2019 -2024 term. The Congress fully implemented the proposed content and succeeded.

The subcommittee for documents of the 18th Hoa Binh provincial Party Congress, the 2025 - 2030 term, convened on March 3 to review and incorporate public feedback on the congress’s draft documents. The meeting was chaired by Nguyen Phi Long, an alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee. It was attended by senior provincial officials, including Bui Thi Minh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council; Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; other members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee; and members of the document subcommittee.

Initial workdays of merged departments, agencies: A smooth transition

March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
