(HBO) – Bui Van Tinh, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, visited and presented gifts to the Party organisation, authorities and residents of the Cao Phong – Thach Yen revolutionary base on August 26, an activity to mark the 74th National Day (September 2).
Cao Phong – Thach Yen is one of the four revolutionary bases
of Hoa Binh province. It was recognised as a national historical relic site by
the Ministry of Culture and Information in 1996.
Upholding the revolutionary tradition, over the
past years, people in the communes of Yen Thuong, Yen Lap and Tan Phong (Cao
Phong district) have always put their trust in the Party’s leadership and
strived to fulfil socio-economic targets. As a result, local political security
has been maintained and people’s living standards have been improved.

Party committees, authorities and residents of Yen Thuong, Yen Lap and Tan
Phong communes (Cao Phong district).
In his speech, Bui Van Tinh, member of the Party
Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee,
applauded the three communes’ achievements in socio-economic development and
defence-security ensuring.
He asked the communes’ officials and people to
continue upholding the revolutionary tradition and making efforts to boost
socio-economic development and living standard improvement. They should also work
harder to realise the targets set in the resolutions of their communes’ Party
congresses for 2015-2020.
Meanwhile, the Party committee, administration,
sectors and organisations in Cao Phong district should instruct authorities and
residents in Yen Thuong and Yen Lap communes to implement the communal
administrative unit merger roadmap, he noted.
On this occasion, the official and
representatives of local sectors and organisations presented gifts to the Party
committees, administrations, along with policy beneficiary and low-income
households in Yen Thuong, Yen Lap and Tan Phong communes./.

March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
