(HBO) – The Party’s Committee of Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province, recently awarded winners of the quiz on the 50-year implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s testament and reviewed the Politburo’s Directive No.5-CT/TW on studying and following the late leader’s ideology, morality and style.

Luong Son
launched the quiz on June 24,
inviting entries from all Party units, local Fatherland Front Committees, socio–political organisations and others in the
district to widely promote the core values of President Ho Chi Minh’s testament
and his ideology.
In two months,
the organizing board received
2,600 entries from both individuals and organisations. Units with the largest
number of entries sent to the contest included Cao Duong commune’s Party
Committee (550), Hoa Hop commune’s Party Committee (393), the district’s Police
office (175), and Trung Son commune’s Party Committee (173).
The board has presented awards to 15 individuals
and organisations. The first team prize went to the Party Committee of Cao
Duong commune, followed by those of Trung Son commune and the district police.
Additionally,
one special, one first, two second and five third prizes were awarded to
individuals. Hoang Thi Chien from Luong Son township was honoured with a
special prize and the prize for best entries.
At the
awarding ceremony, Chairman of the district’s People’s Committee presented
certificates of merit to three organisations and four individuals in
recognition for their outstanding achievements in implementing the Politburo’s
directive./.

The subcommittee for documents of the 18th Hoa Binh provincial Party Congress, the 2025 - 2030 term, convened on March 3 to review and incorporate public feedback on the congress’s draft documents. The meeting was chaired by Nguyen Phi Long, an alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee. It was attended by senior provincial officials, including Bui Thi Minh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council; Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; other members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee; and members of the document subcommittee.

March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
