(HBO) - The Standing Board of the Party Committee of Hoa Binh province on October 16 had a working session with a delegation from T&T Group JSC led by its General Director Do Quang Hien, focusing their discussion on the implementation of cooperation programmes and investment projects in the locality.    

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the provincial People’s Committee and T&T Group JSC.

The working session were attended by Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Bui Van Tinh; Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Ngo Van Tuan; Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Bui Van Khanh; Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Bui Duc Hinh; and officials from departments, sectors and Da Bac and Ky Son districts and Hoa Binh city.

At the session, the two sides discussed and agreed on orientations for cooperation, thus facilitating T&T’s research and planning and implementation of investment procedures for their projects.

They agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on surveying and making plans for investment in projects in the province.

The Hoa Binh provincial People's Committee and T&T Group agreed to share information and create the most favorable conditions for T&T Group to conduct surveys and make planning for the two projects, including a master plan for expanding Hoa Binh city comprising Hoa Binh city and Ky Son district; developing urban and agricultural projects on an area of 700 hectares; building a master plan of Da Bac township and adjacent areas on an area of 1,700 ha. 

The company will carry out surveys, make planning schemes and implement investment projects such as Tan Hoa new urban area in Tan Hoa ward, with an area of about 257 ha; Hoa Binh urban and sports area in Thinh Lang ward, with an area of about 15 ha; and a number of projects of urban areas and residential areas in the province.

Speaking at the working session, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Bui Van Tinh highly valued T&T Group and its investment proposals in the province, affirming that the local authorities will create the most favourable conditions in terms of mechanisms, policies and administrative procedures, for the firm to effectively implement its projects, contributing to promoting the locality’s socio-economic development.

He asked the Party Committee of the provincial People’s Committee to direct relevant agencies to closely coordinate with the group in implementing investment procedures in line with legal regulations. 

The provincial Department of Planning and Investment will be responsible for supporting T&T Group in activities of researching, surveying and making plans for investment projects.

Chairman and General Director of T&T Group JSC Do Quang Hien spoke highly of potential and advantages of the province, expressing his determination to implement investment projects in the province, and committing to mobilizing maximum resources and selecting the world's leading consultancy companies to ensure the quality and progress of projects in line with law. 

The firm aims to realize its target of developing urban area and resort planning products with good quality to meet the demand of people, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of the province in particular and the region in general. /.
