(HBO) - Throughout the residential areas in Hoa Binh province, a vibrant festival of national unity was held. This is a great festival of the entire people to be held once a year on the occasion of the founding of the Vietnam National Unity Front, now Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2019).

This year, the Festival takes place in a joyful and warm atmosphere, contributing to tightening solidarity and arousing people's autonomy.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh, Chairwoman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee talked to the people and cadres of Doi hamlet, Tay Phong commune (Cao Phong district) at the National Unity Day.

The festival is divided into 2 parts - the ceremony and the festival. During the ceremony, the review of history, the glorious tradition of Vietnam Fatherland Front reviewed the results of a year of the residential area, the focus is the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized cities"; commend the typical collectives and individuals and launch the competition movement race for 2020.

The festival takes place playful with cultural activities, arts, sports, traditional folk games. "Great solidarity meal" is organized for people to meet and strengthen solidarity to build an increasingly prosperous and happy life.

On the occasion of the festival, many meaningful activities also took place in residential areas such as: the inauguration, handover of great unity houses, welfare works, supporting the poor families. Organizing activities on environmental protection such as: planting and tending trees, cleaning village roads, alleys, embellishing bright, green, clean and beautiful residential areas...

The festival of national unity is a great and profound meaning. Leaders of central, province, departments, branches, districts and cities attended encouraged and presented gifts, showing the concern and attachment of Party Committee, authorities, officials and party members to people. 

The festival has many meaningful, joyful and useful activities, attracting all people.
