(HBO) – Tran Dang Ninh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council of Hoa Binh, attended a ceremony marking the 65th anniversary of Vietnam-Mongolia diplomatic relations (November 17) in Hanoi on November 18.

At the event, Mongolian Ambassador to Vietnam Bilegdorj Dash reviewed the diplomatic relations between the two countries since 1954.
Regarding the ties between Hoa Binh province and Mongolia, a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation was inked between the People’s Councils of Hoa Binh province and Tuv province.
Since 2018, both sides have organised many working trips to boost cooperation in student exchanges, tourism and culture popularisation, agricultural development, and investment projects, among others.
Several departments of Hoa Binh and Tuv provinces inked three MoU on cooperation in agriculture and rural development, education and training, culture and art during the Hoa Binh province delegation’s visit to the Mongolian locality from June 4-8./.

March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
