Mrs. Dang Bich Ngoc, Vice Chairman of Hoa Binh Fatherland Front Committee said: The Standing Committee of Hoa Binh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee built a plan to visit and give gifts to poor households in the province. From the provincial "For the poor" Fund, the provincial Fatherland Front Committee plans to allocate 500 gifts to poor households in 11 districts and cities. In 2019, Hoa Binh province has 24,771 poor households, accounting for 11.36%. Policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services have 13,406 households. The provincial People's Committee made a plan to support giving gifts to poor households, policy families and people with meritorious services on the occasion of Tet holiday 2020. Accordingly, policy beneficiary families and people with meritorious services will receive gifts from the President and the provincial.
