In his remarks, Man lauded Hoa Binh’s implementation of political tasks, and asked the province to continue to seriously materialise Directive No. 35-CT/TW and guidelines of the Party Central Committee regarding the organisation of all-level Party congresses, towards the 13th National Party Congress.

He underlined the need to well perform political and ideological education and the communication work in order to encourage people, the entire Party and army to successfully realise resolutions adopted at all-level Party congresses.
