(HBO) – Man Duc township in Tan Lac district was formed last year by merging Muong Khen township and Quy Hau and Man Duc communes. The township’s Party Organisation currently has 35 chapters, of which 27 are based at residential areas.

The local Party Committee has focused on organizing Party
congresses at grassroot level. By March 30, all the chapters have completed
their Party congresses in accordance with the schedule and regulations.
Draft documents for the grassroot-level Party congresses for
the term 2020 – 2025 have been reviewed over the last two months while special
groups have been set up to direct the preparation of these events, according to
Vice Secretary of the township’s Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the township has cancelled a
conference to collect opinions and feedback for the draft political reports;
instead, those reports have been sent to former township leaders, retired Party
officials, leaders of the local Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations
and Party cells to ask for their opinions.
The township Party Committee has reviewed personnel planning
and held votes of confidence for re-elected officials./.
