(HBO) – Vice Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party’s Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Tran Dang Ninh on August 27 led a delegation to visit Muong Diem and Tu Ly-Hien Luong revolutionary bases in Da Bac district on the occasion of the 75th National Day (Sept. 2).

Ninh and the delegation offered incense in tribute to fallen soldiers at
memorial houses in the Muong Diem revolutionary base Trung Thanh commune and Tu Ly-Hien Luong revolutionary base in Cao Son commune.
He recalled Hoa Binh’s revolutionary history during August 1945, saying Hoa Binh was among the
provinces that built armed forces and revolutionary
bases to contribute to the success of the uprising in 1945.
The official urged the Party
organisation, administration and people of the two communes to enhance awareness of the province’s revolutionary history among
younger generations and strive towards better
future.
As living standards and infrastructure in ten communes covered by the Muong Diem revolutionary base are still poor, Ninh asked the provincial departments and agencies to pay more attention to
support these communes in socio-economic development while the communes must
also utilise their own advantages to help themselves.
He took the occassion to present gifts to the Party organisation,
administration and people of the communes of Hien Luong, Tu Ly, Toan Son, Cao
Son and Trung Thanh where the Tu Ly-Hien Luong revolutionary base is located./.
After three years of implementing the Politburo’s Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW on continuing performing Directive 05-CT/TW on enhancing the learning and studying of President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, moral example and lifestyle, Lac Thuy district of Hoa Binh province has discovered many effective models and practices, creating a spillover effect in the local community, helping to develop a clean and strong Party Organisation meeting the requirements in the new situation.

The delegation was welcomed by Hoang Thuy Duong, Consul General of Vietnam in the city, and staff members of the consulate.
