(HBO) - On March 31st, at the Provincial Center for the Youth Activities, the Standing Committee of Provincial Youth Communist Union held the Contest for the Youth Communist Union’s Excellent Secretary of the province in 2021(HBO) On March 31st, at the Provincial Center for the Youth Activities, the Standing Committee of Provincial Youth Communist Union held the Contest for the Youth Communist Union’s Excellent Secretary of the province in 2021.

The candidates are participating in the introductory competition at the Contest.

There were 13 contestants who are the good secretary of the Youth Communist Unions representing the districts, the city’s Youth Communist Union and affiliated Youth Unions. At the contest, the contestants went through 3 exams including the introduction, the knowledge and the talent. With the spirit of exchanging and learning, the contestants excelled in their performance, making a lot of impressions for the organizing committee, the judges as well as the audience.

At the end of the contest, the organizing awarded certificates to 13 contestants. One first prize was awarded to Bach Cong Hai, the Secretary of the music college class belonging to K28 from Hoa Binh Teachers' Training College. Two second prizes, 3 third prizes and 4 consolation prizes were awarded to the excellent contestants.

Through the contest, the actual capacity of the secretaries of the Youth Communist Union in the province has been evaluated, detecting the positive factors to foster, train to supplement the team of Youth Communist Union cadres at all levels. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for the Secretaries of the Youth Communist Union to learn and exchange practical experiences of Youth Union work and youth movements, contributing to strengthen the capacity and successfully implement the political missions of the locality or their units.
