in handling daily tasks.
Chairman of the People’s Committee of the
district Bui Van Nho said that administrative reform has been rolled out across
six fields in line with the Government’s plan, with a focus on completing the
organisation of administrative units at district and commune levels.
It also aims to improve quality of the single
window system and speed up the transformation of public service delivery
agencies to income-generating ones which are able to cover their regular
expenditure, as well as bolster IT application in State administrative
agencies’ operations and fulfil set targets in the year’s plan, helping the
district take the lead in Hoa Binh’s administrative reform index.
To realise the target, Tan Lac has boosted IT
application in State agencies’ operations. The district’s document management
system is connected to that of the province and communes to facilitate the
sending and reception of e-documents and connectivity with the national system.
The launch of a single window system has been
continued at units which handle administrative procedures of the district and
16 communes, contributing to administrative reforms and raising efficiency of
State management, in an effort to earn trust of people and firms.
The district will effectively carry out tasks
related to administrative reforms as planned, improve operations of the single
window system at district and commune levels and accelerate the building of the
system at commune level.
Communications activities will also be stepped
up to have more people and organisations use online public services, and
inspections organised to examine administrative reforms in agencies in the
district, especially procedures and processing time, staff’s conduct and State
management tasks assigned to the district and communes in accordance with
Resolution No. 21/NQ-CP dated March 21, 2016 of the Government.
