It also aims to improve quality of the single window system and speed up the transformation of public service delivery agencies to income-generating ones which are able to cover their regular expenditure, as well as bolster IT application in State administrative agencies’ operations and fulfil set targets in the year’s plan, helping the district take the lead in Hoa Binh’s administrative reform index.

To realise the target, Tan Lac has boosted IT application in State agencies’ operations. The district’s document management system is connected to that of the province and communes to facilitate the sending and reception of e-documents and connectivity with the national system.
