(HBO) – The Pho Re residential area in An Nghia commune (Lac Son district) has held a great national solidarity festival. The event was attended by Bui Thi Minh - member of the Standing Board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee and head of the provincial Party Committee’s Organisation Commission, along with officials of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Department of Public Security, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the provincial Veterans’ Association, and Lac Son district.

The Pho Re residential area, located in the centre of An Nghia commune, is home to 116 households with 475 people and a 21-strong Party cell.
In 2021, despite difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, local cadres and residents remain united and have assisted one another in developing livelihoods, building a civilised lifestyle, and taking part in the campaign titled "All people stay united to build new-style rural areas and civilised cities”.
Annual per capita income has reached 44.5 million VND (over 1,960 USD). The rate of well-off households has increased to more than 70 percent while there are only three poor and three near-poor households. All local roads have been concreted and 65 percent of them had lighting systems installed. Besides, locals have strongly supported and complied with anti-COVID-19 rules.
At the festival, the Pho Re residential area launched the campaign "All people stay united to build new-style rural areas and civilised cities” for 2022 and signed commitments to implementing the drive. Accordingly, they will strive to raise the annual per capita income to 46.5 million VND and lift one household out of poverty.

March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
