(HBO) – Bui Van Khanh, Vice Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, has chaired a meeting seeking solutions to tackles difficulties and accelerate investment projects in the province. The event was attended by officials of relevant departments and sectors, some localities, and six investors who are carrying out projects in Hoa Binh city and Lac Thuy district.

At the meeting, investors reported on the implementation progress of their projects, namely the Xuan Mai water supply system, the Huong Binh cable car system, the Lac Thuy cultural tourism and resort area, the Ho Quan eco-resort and healthcare area for the elderly, the Ky Son - Lac Hong Vien Park Cemetery, and the Vien Nam eco-city and entertainment area.

The investors thanked the provincial administration, departments, and sectors for supporting the projects with favourable administrative procedures but also pointed out certain difficulties and obstacles that have made the projects lag behind schedule.

They proposed the provincial People’s Committee to order relevant agencies to deal with issues related to site clearance.

Officials of departments, sectors, and localities in Hoa Binh looked into the causes of those problems and suggested solutions, noting that they will work closely with the investors to review the progress of each project so as to address hindrances and speed up the projects.

Bui Van Khanh, Vice Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, assigned tasks to each department, sector, and locality, asking them to take more drastic actions to assist the investors.

He told them to thoroughly grasp laws and relevant documents issued by the Government to carry out planning, land auction, and site clearance in line with regulations, thus boosting the implementation of investment projects./.
