(HBO) – Over the past years, Nhan Nghia commune in Lac Son district of Hoa Binh province has accelerated administrative reforms so as to improve services for people, organisations, and businesses.
People
come to the division in charge of receiving administrative procedures and
returning settlement results at the headquarters of the Nhan Nghia communal
People’s Committee.
In 2021, Nhan Nghia commune has focused on
reforming administrative procedures and apparatus, improving the quality of
cadres and civil servants, reforming public finance, and conducting
modernisation.
To carry out the single-window mechanism in
handling administrative procedures, the commune has upgraded and expanded
infrastructure at the division in charge of receiving administrative procedures
and returning settlement results. Relevant rules, settlement processes, and
fees for handling administrative procedures have been fully publicised. Cadres
and civil servants have fulfilled their assigned functions and tasks and dealt
with administrative procedures in line with regulations.
In the first nine months of 2021, the division
for receiving administrative procedures and returning settlement results at the
Nhan Nghia People’s Committee received 1,112 dossiers related to justice -
civil registration, labour - invalids and social affairs, natural resources and
environment, and notarisation. All the dossiers were handled and results were
returned to organisations and individuals on schedule.
The division has seriously complied with the set
regulations and quickly dealt with administrative procedures for people,
organisations, and businesses.
Chairman of the Nhan Nghia Commune People’s
Committee Bui Ly Tuong said the promotion of administrative reforms in Nhan
Nghia has created favourable conditions for people and businesses to have administrative
procedures settled. This outcome is attributable to cadres and civil servants’
improved qualifications and capacity, as well as the application of information
technology.
He noted the People’s Committee also issued
regulations on internal spending and public asset management and continued
applying the TCVN ISO 9001:2008 quality management system to its operations.
Thanks to serious and synchronous reforms in all
aspects and, especially, cadres and civil servants’ improved quality and
attitude while on duty, the local administration has won over people’s
satisfaction and consensus, thereby helping better the quality of public
services, meet people and organisations’ demand, and contribute to local
socio-economic development./.
