(HBO) – The Standing Board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee held a meeting on May 17 to look into the learning and following of late President Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, moral example, and style on building a contingent of truly pioneering and exemplary cadres and Party members who have pure revolution ethics, steadfast political mettle and capabilities to meet requirements in the current context. The teleconference was chaired by Ngo Van Tuan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, and head of the National Assembly deputies’ delegation of Hoa Binh.

Dr. Doan Van Bau, head of the political theory
division at the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education,
presented Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts on cadres and personnel affairs, and the
application of the thoughts to forming a contingent of Party cadres and members
capable of fulfilling tasks.
In his speech, Secretary of the provincial Party
Committee Ngo Van Tuan affirmed that learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s
thoughts, moral example, and style is of great importance, especially in the
current context.
He requested localities and agencies in Hoa Binh
to successfully perform focal duties, including disseminating the documents on
the issue released by the Party Central Committee and the provincial Party
Committee; building a contingent of qualified, capable and prestigious cadres
for serving the people and national development; strongly combining the learning
with the following of the late leader’s example, as well as the Party building
and rectification; pushing ahead with the studying, application, and
development of Marxism - Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s ideology; ramping up the
fight against wrong information and distortions by hostile forces; increasing
examination and monitoring to tackle difficulties in a timely manner; and
strictly dealing with irregularities, the lack of a sense of responsibility,
and bureaucracy.
The official demanded people-elected agencies,
the Vietnam Fatherland Front committees, socio-political organisations, media
agencies, and people bring into play their role in monitoring cadres and Party
members’ adherence to the Party’s regulations.
The Steering Committee for the Development of Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation of Hoa Binh province convened a meeting on March 11 to deploy key tasks.

The meeting was chaired by Nguyen Phi Long, an alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee. It was attended by senior provincial officials, including Bui Thi Minh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council; Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; other members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee; and members of the document subcommittee.

March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
