(HBO) – Standing members of the Party Committee of Hoa Binh province met with delegates attending the 12th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) for the 2022-2027 tenure.
The event saw the attendance of Secretary of the provincial
Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long; Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party
Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Bui Duc Hinh; and
Head of the Hoa Binh Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation and
President of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee Bui Tien
Luc, among others.

gifts to the HCYU delegation of Hoa Binh to the 12th HCYU National Congress.
The 12th National Congress of the HCYU will take place from December 14-16. The
Hoa Binh delegation to the event comprises 12 members. So far, the delegation
has completed preparations for the event, while practical activities have been
organised in response to the congress.
A political education campaign was launched among all HCYU members and local
youngsters, along with a series of activities to support local residents to
register for electronic ID, and environment cleaning activities.
Hoang Xuan Giao, Secretary of the provincial HCYU Committee, pledged that the
delegation will uphold a sense of responsibility, actively participate in
discussions and contribute opinions to the congress's contents. They will take
the occasion to learn effective models to apply in the locality, he added.
Addressing the event, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi
Long underlined that the 12th National Congress of the HCYU is an important
political event and a forum of the youth.
He asked the delegation to make careful preparations and actively participate
in the event’s discussions, promoting the glorious tradition of the Hoa Binh
youth, and making contributions to the success of the congress.
The Steering Committee for the Development of Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation of Hoa Binh province convened a meeting on March 11 to deploy key tasks.

The subcommittee for documents of the 18th Hoa Binh provincial Party Congress, the 2025 - 2030 term, convened on March 3 to review and incorporate public feedback on the congress’s draft documents. The meeting was chaired by Nguyen Phi Long, an alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee. It was attended by senior provincial officials, including Bui Thi Minh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council; Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; other members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee; and members of the document subcommittee.

March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
