(HBO) - In the morning of December 20, the delegation attending the first conference praising and honoring the advanced examples of the ethnic minority areas in Hoa Binh province in 2022 offered incense to report the victory at Uncle Ho's Monument within the area of Hoa Binh Hydropower Project. There was the attendance of Mr. Dinh Cong Su, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the leaders from the appropriate authorities, departments, branches and the advanced representatives from ethnic minority areas.
