(HBO) – Hoa Binh province’s Party Committee has held a conference to review the mass mobilisation work and activities of the steering committees for the implementation of democracy at grassroots levels and for the "Smart Mass Mobilisation" emulation movement in 2022 as well as deploy tasks for 2023.

 


 Leaders of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation present certificates of merit to collectives with outstanding achievements in the mass mobilisation work in 2022.

Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the provincial People's Council attended and delivered a speech at the event.

This year, Party committees and authorities at all levels have paid attention to directing the mass mobilisation work; strengthening inspection and supervision of the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies and State regulations. Emerging problems related to people's life and production from the grassroots have been solved promptly.

The Fatherland Front and socio-political organisations have continued to renovate contents and modes of operation towards grassroots levels and closely coordinate with relevant agencies in the mas mobilisation work. The "Smart Mass Mobilisation” emulation movementhas expanded in the fields of social life. As of November 30, the province had over 3,800 models of "Smart Mass Mobilisation".

 

Speaking at the conference, Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Central Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council, underlined the need to continue dissemination to raise awareness of Party committees, authorities at all levels as well as Fatherland Front and mass organisations about the role of the mass mobilisation work and responsibilities of organisations in the political system, of cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, union members and members to the work.

They were urged to actively grasp ethnic affairs, the mass mobilisation work in ethnic minority areas and religious people, and listen to legitimate aspirations to submit to the Party committees and authorities solutions to improve people’s lives.

It is necessary for the steering committee on mass mobilisation work to develop and effectively implement the working programme for 2023, he said.

On this occasion, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation awarded the insignia "For the cause of mass mobilisation" to 40 outstanding individuals. The provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation also presented certificates of merit to 17 collectives and 13 individuals who have obtained outstanding achievements in mass mobilisation work in 2022./.
