(HBO) – The Party cell of Residential Area No. 8 in Thai Binh ward, Hoa Binh city, has 33 members, all of whom have joined a Zalo group set up by the Party cell.

The Party cell of Residential Area No. 8 in Thai Binh ward, Hoa Binh province, has maintained the Zalo group to make it easier for the fulfillment of tasks.

Do Van Thach, Secretary of the Party cell, said the complex developments of the COVID-19 pandemic and its subsequent social distancing have prompted the Party cell to create the Zalo group.

The method has been applied by other Party cells in Thai Binh ward whose Party organisation gathers 348 members.

Aware of the importance of popularising resolutions adopted at the 13th National Party Congress and all-level Party congresses for the 2020-2025 tenure, the commune’s Party Committee has stepped up the communication work in line with the reality in each locality and agency.

Secretary of the Party Committee Dinh Van Xung said the committee organised four conferences at the ward level and 48 others at the group level last year, noting that apart from popularising resolutions, guidelines and policies issued by the Party and the State, the communication work has focused on issues of public concern such as land, site clearance, urban order, environmental hygiene and social policies.

The ward has set up 36 such Zalo groups with the participation of more than 600 Party members, thus facilitating the popularisation of new information among them./.
